В статье анализируются ключевые тенденции и ограничения цифровизации политических партий в современной России. Автор рассматривает влияние цифровых технологий на трансформацию партийной коммуникации, мобилизационных и агитационных практик, а также внутренних организационных процессов. Показано, что цифровизация партийной деятельности носит фрагментарный характер и в наибольшей степени проявляется у парламентских партий, обладающих доступом к ресурсам и цифровой инфраструктуре. В статье выявляются институционально-организационные, нормативно-правовые, технологические и социокультурные барьеры цифровой трансформации партий. Автор делает вывод, что цифровые технологии становятся важным фактором партийной устойчивости и конкурентоспособности, однако их трансформирующий потенциал реализуется в тесной связи с институциональным контекстом и уровнем общественного доверия.
The article examines the key trends, limitations and prospects of digitalization of political parties in modern Russia. The author analyzes the impact of digital technologies on the transformation of party communication, mobilization and campaigning practices, as well as on internal organizational processes and forms of interaction with the electorate and shows that the digital transformation of Russian political parties is mainly fragmented and unsystematic in nature and is mostly realized in the activities of parliamentary parties with access to financial and technological resources. The paper identifies the institutional, organizational, regulatory, technological, infrastructural, and socio-cultural barriers to the digitalization of party activities. The author concludes that digital technologies are becoming one of the key factors for the sustainability, competitiveness and legitimacy of political parties, but their transformative potential is realized in close connection with the institutional context and the level of public trust.
