Рассмотрены особенности научно-когнитивной деятельности в политарном (традиционном, восточном) обществе. Главное внимание сосредоточено на взаимоотношениях ученых с политарной верхушкой (в социальном плане) и на противоположности принципов дуализма «земное-небесное» и магического детерминизма (в плане мировоззренческом). Правящая верхушка вслед за жреческой и иерократической элитой принимает в качестве догмы идею жесткой взаимосвязи высшего и низшего миров: любое необъяснимое, экстраординарное явление, будь оно на земле или на небе, есть знак свыше, послание Бога (богов) правителю на предмет того, что его действия по управлению страной почему-то неугодны сверхъестественным силам. Напротив, беспристрастный эпистемологический дискурс демонстрирует отсутствие прямой и контролируемой людьми корреляции между Землей и Космосом. Тем самым открывается путь к формированию более адекватной, научно и рационально фундированной картины мира.

The peculiarities of scientific and cognitive activity in a politary (traditional, eastern) society are considered. The main focus is on the relationship between scientists and the politary top (in social terms) and on the opposite of the principles of dualism “earthly-heavenly” and magical determinism (in terms of ideological). The ruling elite, following the priestly and hierocratic elite, accepts as dogma the idea of a rigid interconnection of the higher and lower worlds. Any inexplicable, extraordinary phenomenon, whether it is on earth or in heaven, is a sign from above, a message of God (gods) to the ruler on the subject that his actions to rule the country for some reason are undesirable to supernatural forces. On the contrary, impartial epistemological discourse demonstrates the absence of direct and human-controlled correlation between the Earth and Cosmos. This opens the way to the formation of a more adequate, scientifically proved picture of the world.
