В тексте рассмотрены история понятия «дискурс» в лингвистике и философии, определено понятие «правовой дискурс», даны его характеристики. Предложен вариант анализа правового дискурса с позиции семиотики Ю.М. Лотмана.

The text contains the history of the concept of “discourse” in linguistics and philosophy, the concept of “legal discourse” is defined, its characteristics are given. An option of the analysis of discourse of law is offered from the position of semiotics by Yu.M. Lotman.
