Основная цель статьи – концептуализация понятия «политический дискурс дружбы». Актуальность обусловлена необходимостью анализа дискурса международной дружбы и укреплением стратегического партнерства между членами таких интеграционных объединений, как ШОС и БРИКС+. В статье рассматривается история философских представлений о дружбе с акцентом на ее соотношение с политикой. Также анализируется развитие научной дискуссии о соотношении дружбы и политики, получившей распространение с 1970-х годов. Центральными вопросами данной дискуссии стали проблема формулирования понятия «дружба», соотношение дружбы и политики, концептуализация политической дружбы. Удалось зафиксировать проработку разновидностей политической дружбы – концепций международной и гражданской дружбы. Теоретический анализ позволил зафиксировать характеристики политической дружбы: инструмент по реализации политических целей и интересов, отношения «я» – «другой», когнитивное пространство общего восприятия участников. Данная статья обозначает новый дискурсивный подход к рассмотрению концепции политической дружбы. Под политическим дискурсом дружбы понимается коммуникативный инструмент мягкой силы по созданию общего публичного образа уважительных равноправных отношений между участниками для достижения определенных политических целей. В рамках «мягкой силы» политический дискурс дружбы выполняет функцию символического сопровождения и легитимации сотрудничества. Политический дискурс дружбы формирует, как медиареальность, так и виртуальную политическую реальность. Медиареальность обозначает прямую передачу дискурса с помощью масс-медиа, а виртуальная политическая реальность подразумевает искажение реальности с помощью манипулятивных технологий. Политический дискурс дружбы может имитировать антагонистические интересы с помощью манипуляции.
The main objective of this article is to conceptualize the notion of the political discourse of friendship. Its relevance stems from the scholarly need to analyze the discourse of international friendship and strengthen strategic partnerships between the SCO and BRICS members. The article begins with a review of the philosophical history of the concept of friendship, emphasizing its relationship with politics. It then surveys the scholarly debate on the relationship between friendship and politics, which emerged in the 1970s. The central issues in this debate include the definition of friendship, the relationship between friendship and politics, and the conceptualization of political friendship. The relevance by the need to analyze the discourse of international friendship and the strengthening of strategic partnership among members of integration associations such as the SCO and BRICS+. The article examines the history of philosophical conceptions of friendship, with a focus on its relationship to politics. It also analyzes the development of the scholarly debate on the relationship between friendship and politics, which gained prominence from the 1970s. Central questions in this debate include the definition of friendship, the relationship between friendship and politics, and the conceptualization of political friendship. This review identifies different types of political friendship, including international and civic friendship. The theoretical analysis identifies key characteristics of political friendship: as a tool for achieving political goals and interests, a relationship between “selfˮ and “otherˮ, and a cognitive space of shared perception among participants. The ethics of political friendship encompass mutual respect and trust, cooperation and mutual assistance, openness and honesty, adherence to agreements, and peaceful conflict resolution.
This article proposes a novel discursive approach to the concept of political friendship. The political discourse of friendship is understood as a communicative tool of soft power to create a common public image of respectful, equal relations between participants in order to achieve certain political goals. Within the framework of “soft powerˮ, the political discourse of friendship serves as a symbolic accompaniment and legitimization of cooperation. The political discourse of friendship shapes both media reality and virtual political reality. Media reality refers to the direct transmission of the discourse through mass media, while virtual political reality implies the distortion of reality through manipulative technologies. The political discourse of friendship can simulate antagonistic interests through manipulation.
